Meet Samuel E. Thomas, a lifelong resident of Athens, Georgia. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2010 and went on to graduate from the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa in 2012.

In June of 2013, Samuel was admitted to the practice of law, marking the beginning of his professional journey. Being a fourth-generation small business owner in the Athens, Georgia area, Samuel has deep roots in the local community.

Samuel E. Thomas is a respected attorney who is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts across Georgia. He is also authorized to appear before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

With a strong track record of representing clients in high-stakes litigation, Al has appeared in State, Superior, and Federal Courts throughout Georgia. His expertise spans various areas, ensuring comprehensive legal support for his clients.

Al Fargione earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He then pursued his J.D. at New England Law | Boston, where he served as the Symposium Editor on the New England Law Review. Furthering his knowledge, Al obtained an LL.M. in Tax Law and Estate Planning from the Boston University School of Law.

Admitted to practice law in Georgia and Massachusetts, Al is well-versed in the legal systems of both states. He is authorized to appear before the Middle District of Georgia and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, adding another layer to his extensive legal expertise.
